Hello church family

  • This has been a very hard month. The atrocities that have been committed against the people of Israel were unimaginable. Killings, torture, and hostage-taking by Hamas shocked the world at the extent of the evil perpetrated against human beings. This evil was conducted against men, women, seniors, teenagers, and even infants. What is equally appalling is the amount of protests that are happening in our country who are cheering on the killing and blaming Israel for it. This was also the narrative of our UN who also blamed Israel. The prophet Isaiah talked about this when he wrote in Isa 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!." Please pray for the over 200 hostages held by Hamas, the Palestinian people caught in the middle of this war, and the safety of the people of Israel. Also pray for the IDF in their battle to defeat the Hamas terrorist army.

  • Things to remember: 1. This Sunday is communion, and breakfast at 10 am. Hope to see you all there. 2. Please continue to pray for our dear sister Jana as she is undergoing chemo therapy. She completed her first series of treatments and is presently at home. She is hoping to see us all this Sunday at church. 3. Shawn will be continuing the study on Job session 3 on Nov. 12th. 4. We are again looking for people who are interested in doing gifts for Pikangikum. Its the shoe box campaign. If interested you can get details from Marilyn.

  • Blessings to you all and have a great week for the rest of it. One more thing to remember is Remembrance Day on Nov 11th. Please plan to attend if you can.
